Bus collisions can result in serious accidents to those onboard as most passengers are without any restraints. During even a minor collision, passengers can be thrown from their seats and collide with any other object or passenger within the vehicle. Major crashes, such as head-on collisions or rollover accidents, can easily result in serious injuries and even fatalities. Additionally, vehicle defects within the bus can result in crashes as well, many of which can injure any and all of the passengers onboard.
