Internal Protective Measures
At Alpert Schreyer Injury Accident Lawyers, we are taking proactive measures to protect our office staff and visitors. We understand how important your health is, especially if you are recovering from an injury or are at increased risk for any other reason. We are taking extra efforts to keep our offices clean, including regularly sanitizing with disinfectants known to be effective against the novel coronavirus.
Trial Suspensions and Court Closures
We have received word that all jury trials, criminal and civil, scheduled in Maryland Circuit Courts between 3/16 and 4/3 have been suspended. Prince George county has enacted additional measures that close its Circuit and District Courts to the public, though internal operations remain active. In other counties, non-jury procedures such as pretrial or district court hearings will still take place. We are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to personally reach out to anyone who may be affected by court closures and/or case suspensions.
Our Promise to You
We are here to fight for justice on your behalf, and though navigating this time can at times be stressful, our team will continue to do all it can to help current and prospective clients. We are carefully monitoring health and safety recommendations and will be adjusting our internal policies as necessary to keep office visitors safe from infection.
For those who are trying to limit their time in public, we are always available by phone, email, or live chat. As the situation evolves, we will publish updates on our social media channels:
