Defective Manufacturing & Design of Car Parts
Motor vehicles, whether car, motorcycle, or truck, are complicated machines with a great many parts, both inside and out. They require both mechanical and electrical components and, these days, almost every motor vehicle is regulated by a computer. The chassis, or body structure, must be built to withstand the stress of everyday driving, not to mention non-everyday incidents like inclement weather and accidents, as well as to hold together the doors, windows, and other integral parts.
This does not even begin to describe the number of parts, mechanisms, and sensors that go into modern cars. The modern car is not perfect, however. The more technology it has, the more features it offers, the more there is that can go wrong, and anything that goes wrong has the potential to cause an injury accident.
